General Duties/Tasks:
-Lead and manage deliverables for offshore projects.
-Displays functional knowledge with PeopleSoft systems; i.e., global HR, Payroll
-Demonstrates experience and expertise in the design and execution of implementation and upgrade methodology, testing, status reporting, executive and internal communications and general daily management of key activities
-Responsible for Quality Assurance.
-Tracks project progress and manage expectations through successful project completion.
PeopleSoft Skills:
1. Develop custom application functionality using SQR, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Business Interlinks, SQL, and Application Messaging skills
2. Assist functional resources in the design phase of custom development projects
3. Reapply customizations in conjunction with large application upgrades
4. Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating technical and functional problems in PeopleSoft environments
5. Address issues occurring in the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) including Oracle and SQL Server databases, tuxedo application servers, process schedulers on both Unix and NT, and webserver configuration
6. Analyze and debug issues with SQRs, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Process Schedulers, Application Servers, Application Messaging and Web Servers
7. Debug and optimize SQL statements within Query, SQR, COBOL and Application Engine
8. Work in multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools including version 7.5 to current release
9. Work across multiple PeopleSoft application modules
10. Apply application and tools updates such as patches and fixes, tax updates, regulatory releases, and tools upgrades

Job Description
1. Work in multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools
2. Work in multiple modules of PeopleSoft with multiple clients concurrently
3. Provide expert troubleshooting for technical \ functional problems
4. Debug and develop SQRs, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Application Messaging
5. Should have worked with advance PeopleSoft tools like Integration Broker, Component Interface, XML Publisher or application messaging.
